Cancellation policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Bio Purge, you agree to the

terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below:

Frequency & Amount

You will be billed every [28 days]* at the amount shown during checkout.

This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Adjust this timeframe if your billing frequency is different.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a

recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

Optional Service

Adding a Monthly Refill (subscription) is optional and can be removed before

and during checkout.

Confirmation

After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription

and first order.

Manage or Cancel

You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next order is created

by:

Please include your full name and order number for faster processing.

We are committed to transparency and giving you full control of your

subscription.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24

hours before your next billing date.

Renewals

Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order.

No Cancellation After Creation

Once a new order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is

immediately prepared for processing and shipment.

Valid Orders

All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and

final and will be processed and billed accordingly.

Refunds on Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewal charges are not covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction

Guarantee, which applies to first-time customer orders only. Please see our

Refund Policy for details.
